Art's Sweet Fortune

As a weanling Cash apparently suffered a blow to his right hind pastern, resulting in a bone bruise. Though sound when purchased in December 2005 he was lame by January 2006. His new owners determined that they could not keep Cash because his soundness was in question. A decision was made that Cash would be euthanized. Fortunately, before taking the final step, they sought out Rainbow Meadows Rescue and Retirement, Inc. After a year and a half at Rainbow Meadows, Cash is now fully sound and has found his forever home.
