What is the process to adopt?

The adoption process can be outlined in the following steps:

Complete our online adoption/foster application.
If no concerns are evident on the application, you will receive an email inviting you to visit Rainbow Meadows.
Schedule a visit to the rescue.
Select the horse or equid you are interested in adopting.
Coordinate with Rainbow Meadows staff/volunteers for a facility inspection.
Complete the facility inspection.
If the facility is approved, schedule a pick-up date/time.
On date of pick-up, complete the Adoption Agreement and other paperwork and review the Adoption File.
Transport your new friend safely to its new home.
