Scarlett

Semi-abandoned by elderly owners who lived two hours away with health issues, Scarlett received no care (including hoof care), which resulted in a welfare complaint to the local sheriff. The sheriff then asked for assistance from Rainbow Meadows in securing Scarlett and her pasture mate. She came to Rainbow Meadows for a new start, and knew care and love until the end of her days.
