Steele came to Rainbow Meadows after the closure of Southern Winds Equine Rescue and Recovery Center in Udall Kansas. Southern Winds officially closed operations in May 2021.
Steele can demonstrate some nervousness which can manifest under saddle. Steele has some reservations with new people, especially men, but once he has developed trust in you, he can be a rock star. He has had extensive ground work.
