Summer

Found emaciated and near death east of Wichita, Summer’s rescuer ran a dog rescue and was ill prepared to provide adequate care for Summer during rehab. Rainbow Meadows was asked to open their hearts and home to this lovely mare. Summer was adopted and lived with her “forever family” for nearly 6 years until a decision was made to move from the country to the city and Summer was returned to Rainbow Meadows. Summer is a very sweet and gently mare who was seldom ridden while at her adopters home. She will be greatly missed.
