Tina has been a volunteer at Rainbow Meadows since June 2020. She became the volunteer coordinator in February 2021 and a board member in January 2022. Tina was born and raised in Amberg, Germany and started working with horses at the young age of 6. She married a soldier and moved to the United States in 1997. While her husband served the Army, she resided in Texas, Maryland, Georgia, and lastly Kansas. She moved to White City KS in 2007 after her husband got stationed at Ft. Riley and he retired from the service. Tina adopted 3 Rainbow Meadow horses in 2021. Fenix a 6 year old Mustang, Ella a 7 year old POA, and Dawson a 10 year old Arab-Quarter horse mix. Tina teaches Junior High mathematics and science at USD 481, White City School. Additionally, she teaches the beginner train-the-trainer program at Rainbow Meadows.In her free time, Tina enjoys outdoor activities like boating, working, and volunteering with her and the rescue horses at Rainbow Meadow
