A trifecta!!! Eli, Elise and Ella were dumped on the roads together, saved by a caring landowner together, admitted by Rainbow Meadows together and ADOPTED together. Doesn't get much better than that! June was a dream come true. Adoptions abounded and we LOVE matches made in heaven!!!!
Our lovely Miss Abbi (AQHA registered RM Able to Hope) is headed home to Kansas City. Born here in April 2010, she has been an important part of our rescue family. She will ALWAYS be in our hearts. Beautiful Rae has a new home in the Kansas City area where we know she will receive all the attention and care she deserves.
Young Eli, Elise, and Ella will continue learning life lessons, at their new home, that will be valuable their entire lives.
It is because of YOU that these wonderful, deserving horses have a forever home. THANK YOU for loving them and caring enough to make their dreams come true.
Freska was locked in a barn for years with minimal human interaction. Fortunately, an RM adopter and volunteer learned of her fate and stepped in as the beautiful mare was slated to be hauled to the Hutchinson, KS sale barn owned by the Smith brothers which are known kill buyers.Freska was virtually untouchable so her future was bleak. However, our volunteer traveled to her home daily to work with her and gain her trust. When she was able to be haltered and then learned to trailer she was moved to the volunteer's home where additional training continued until we had room here at the Ranch.Welcome, Freska! Your future is bright now THANKS TO THE DONORS who help keep all of the horses safe here at Rainbow Meadows.
